Sourcing Internship - Ann Taylor The Sourcing Intern will assist the sourcing team with the purchase order process, sample tracking and ad hoc projects and support the team with the creation and maintenance of sample tracking charts, lab dip charts and style numbers. The KnitWell Group Summer Internship Program welcomes the classes of 2026 and 2027 college students to work with several of our brands (Ann Taylor, Haven Well Within, LOFT, Talbots) and Corporate Shared Services to kick-start their career in retail. This immersive experience offers interns the opportunity to work hands-on with their department for 10-weeks and receive professional development opportunities including executive chats, professional workshops, store visits, etc., and participation in a collaborative team project. The pay rate for the position is $20.00/hr. This internship position will be based out of our Ann Taylor & LOFT office location in New York, NY. KnitWell Group does not offer housing near any of our corporate office locations. Participating students must have the ability to independently secure and finance housing in a commutable distance of the office location. Requirements
- Experience working in Excel (Google Charts a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must
- Junior or senior (Class of 2026 and 2027)
- Resume and portfolio (portfolios only needed for Design Applications)
- Available June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026
