Envita Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Coordinator to support our Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing teams. In this role, you'll help manage supplier communications, maintain pricing and contract data, support RFP processes, and coordinate internal supplier engagement activities. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams while contributing to a strong, efficient, and well-organized supplier network.

Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent
  • 1+ years Customer support/service or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining professional relationships across teams in a collaborative manner
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as with a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields
  • 1+ years Waste or environmental industry knowledge or experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Health & Safety are the number one goal by following policies, procedures, and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop collaborative relationships across departments and teams
  • Administrative support for supplier communications, COIs, and shared inbox workflows
  • Support MRO operations and Salesforce data accuracy
  • Maintain IS2 records and assist with invoice queue resolution
  • Coordinate supplier engagement events (e.g., lunch & learns)
  • Support RFP creation, pricing updates, and cost-change tracking
  • Assist with new supplier onboarding and contract updates
  • Prepare reports and materials for Operating Rhythm and QBR meetings
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.
