Sonographer Shift: Per Diem, Days Anna Jaques Hospital is seeking a Sonographer, to join our team of imaging professionals supporting outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department patients.

Requirements

1 year of experience preferred but will train a new graduate.
RDMS certified or obtained within 6 months of hire.
BLS certification needed.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor and Radiologist, the Technologist performs a variety of high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams and special diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
Exams performed include abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, vascular, breast, and other small parts evaluations.
Special procedures include fine needle aspirations, breast core biopsies, and wire localization (will train as needed).
