Ensuring excellence in wine presentation and service throughout various outlets. Duties include wine list management for multiple venues and ability to train beverage Team Members to ensure consistency and quality guest service standards. Working closely with the Corporate Director of Beverage to manage all steakhouse concept wine inventories, maintain wine lists and develop a substantive wine image for each restaurant. Training of team members on preparation, presentation and service as it relates to the wine program. Assist in the planning of wine dinners for appropriate outlets.
