The Solutions Support Analyst I is responsible for application or workflow troubleshooting, testing, training, and support initiatives of the organization. Support of projects or initiatives will be onsite at clinic, business, or IT areas. The position will reside in the Information Technology department and the roles and responsibilities will vary depending on initiative or project. Travel will be necessary.
