About The Position

The Solutions Support Analyst I is responsible for application or workflow troubleshooting, testing, training, and support initiatives of the organization. Support of projects or initiatives will be onsite at clinic, business, or IT areas. The position will reside in the Information Technology department and the roles and responsibilities will vary depending on initiative or project. Travel will be necessary.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a healthcare or IT program, or related studies
  • 1 year of information technology, educational/corporate training or direct experience with EPIC electronic medical systems
  • Valid Texas driver's license
  • Strong adaptability to multiple positions
  • Ability to learn EPIC and quickly apply knowledge
  • Proficiency in use of desktop computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, email)
  • Proven communication, presentation, problem solving and technical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Epic System experience
  • One-year experience as an MA, LVN, or in an IT support role
