In one sentence As a Solution Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning Amdocs AI solutions to strategic customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with our AI portfolio to deliver measurable business outcomes. Location: Although our preference is for candidates based in Atlanta, we welcome applications from qualified individuals nationwide.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in solution sales, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Telco BSS/OSS domains (billing, CRM, order management, network orchestration) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans for AI solutions across targeted accounts. Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Solution Expertise: Articulate the value proposition of Amdocs AI offerings, including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation solutions. Collaborate with product and delivery teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations showcasing AI capabilities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on AI trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
