You will support the full customer lifecycle: pre‑sales discovery, demos, proof‑of‑concepts, deployment, onboarding, troubleshooting, and long‑term adoption. You should be equally comfortable designing technical solutions, presenting to customers, and rolling up your sleeves during on‑site installs for multi‑day engagements.
