Position Summary/Objective The Solution Sales Consultant is responsible for providing detailed support to the sales team regarding OneSource Virtual Outsourcing Solutions. This role will support the Account Executives in the US, Canada and UK. The primary responsibility for this role is to support the sales team’s goals in acquiring new customers and expanding services to the existing customer base.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation skills, in both small group and large group settings
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong collaborative team player with the ability to be flexible and nimble when needed
  • Detail-oriented with the desire to be the expert
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with Workday pre-sales teams, customers and OSV team members
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a in a pre-sales or consulting role
  • Detailed knowledge of administrative tasks related to payroll, tax & garnishments, benefits, AP automation, etc. (OSV service and product offerings).
  • General knowledge around Accounts Payable Processing

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with Workday HR & Payroll technology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a OneSource Virtual BPaaS (Business Process as a Service/Outsourcing) expert related to the OSV Workday Benefits Administration, Workday Payroll, Tax & Garnishment Administration Services and Workday Accounts Payable Administration Services
  • Lead functional and process related discussions (conference calls, on-site presentations) alongside the Sales Account Executive
  • Alongside the Account Executive, incorporate value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Workday’s products and corresponding OSV BPaaS Services
  • Contribute functional and process related knowledge in response to RFI / RFP documents
