About The Position

The Mission US manufacturing is a powerhouse running on legacy systems, fragmented data, and endless spreadsheets. You are here to change that. As a Solution Lead , you are the engine of CADDi’s US transformation. You aren't just implementing software; you are on the front lines of AI, helping manufacturers modernize their core operations. You will serve as a key bridge between factory-floor reality and world-class AI technology, taking complex customer challenges and turning them into functional, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in manufacturing operations or industrial tech: Solid understanding of BOMs, RFQs, and supply chain workflows. You know why manufacturing data is notoriously difficult to manage.
  • Analytical Toolkit: Experience in professional services, implementation, or operations; ability to break down complex problems and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable with data-driven environments. You can explain how AI-powered search or data extraction benefits a busy procurement manager.
  • Execution Focus: A proven track record of managing projects from start to finish and a "get-it-done" mentality.
  • Education: B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace), Business, or a related field with manufacturing exposure.
  • Status: U.S. citizen or green card holder.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50% to be on-site with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Deep Discovery: Partner with customers to uncover operational bottlenecks and identify how CADDi’s AI products and data platform can solve them.
  • Design Solution Logic: Create the framework for custom applications by defining data sources, user workflows, and success criteria that solve specific manufacturing pain points.
  • Deploy Custom Applications: Own the delivery lifecycle from problem identification to production; translate technical capabilities into operational reality alongside our Solutions Engineers.
  • Drive Adoption & Value: Spend time on the factory floor to ensure tools are adopted and deliver measurable impact (e.g., "reduced RFQ cycle time by 30%").
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support value reviews and QBRs, providing data-driven insights that prove value and encourage platform expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback from the field, helping turn "custom wins" into future product features.
  • Process Optimization: Use existing frameworks to solve manufacturing challenges quickly and efficiently.
