We’re a fully distributed team with employees across North American time zones. We’re well-funded, having raised $100m in funding from top investors including Greenoaks Capital, Lachy Groom, and Lightspeed Ventures. You’ll serve as a technical partner during evaluation, onboarding, and expansion, guiding teams through architectural decisions, building proof of concepts, and helping them integrate WorkOS products. This is a customer-facing, pre‑sales position that bridges technical expertise with sales strategy. You'll engage early in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives, evaluating prospects’ needs, delivering technical presentations and proof‑of‑concepts, and guiding clients through solution design, onboarding, and expansion This role is ideal for someone who is an experienced solutions engineer, a clear and empathetic communicator, and passionate about helping other developers succeed. You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Developer Success, and Engineering to ensure customers get the most out of our platform—while contributing to the ongoing development of our SE function and tooling.
