About The Position

JOB QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION: High school diploma is required. EXPERIENCE: Five years related experience and/or train or equivalent combination of education and experience. JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Must have proficient knowledge in sales, telecom networking, and managed systems infrastructure. High-level understanding of the following skills and their application in an ISP and MSP environment are necessary: Technical Business Development Managed IT Service Provider Infrastructure (MSP) Wholesale and Commercial ISP Infrastructure Technical Service Delivery MAJOR JOB TASKS: Assist in developing custom proposals, quotes, and managed IT service plans Provide technical expertise during discovery calls, client meetings, and proposal development. Collaborate with the sales team and engineering team to design and present custom proposals, pricing quotes, and managed service offerings that align with client needs and drive new business. Build and manage strategic IT relationships serving as the point of contact Lead all aspects of system validation and customer implementations to ensure successful deployment. Stay current on telecom industry trends, MSP best practices, and competitor offerings Support the sales process with solution diagrams, demos, and proof-of-concept implementations. Integrate telecom solutions with client IT and network infrastructures. Ensure scalability, compliance, and reliability of all deployed solutions. Act as a technical liaison between clients and the business development team. Deliver post-installation training and documentation. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals, and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be able to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination Normal office conditions, some irregular hours may be required.
