About The Position

The Solutions Engineer’s primary role is to support a team of Account Executives as a product expert capable of conducting comprehensive software demonstrations with prospective clients. This role will be relied upon to build and maintain a deep knowledge of the functionality of Euna Procurement software, and to deliver demos with charisma and character that are uniquely tailored to each prospect’s aspirational needs and requirements. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Own the strategy for delivery of product demos. Re-engineer the demo process as required to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness Acquire a deep knowledge of Euna Procurement products and solutions, with the ability to expertly navigate all functional areas of the software Attend joint sales calls with Account Executives to conduct in-person or web-based demos Prepare for demos by collaborating with Account Executives and conducting own research into specific and unique customer requirements. Remain flexible to tailor demos to maximize relevancy for each prospect client Prepare and load customized datasets where required, ensuring accuracy and database stability Ensure demo databases are periodically updated and remain current Customize demo databases to be relevant for each market vertical Prepare for and lead scheduled monthly webinars for designated vertical Be highly competent of Euna Procurement’s product development roadmap and project management approach to implementations. Liaise with the Product Development team and PM team to ensure alignment between functionality that is promised and what can be delivered WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum 1 year experience as a software sales engineer or adjacent role Strong presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of large audiences Able to translate complex concepts and articulate in a way that is clear and concise Speak in a way that is compelling and engaging. Experience selling into Local Governments and Municipalities strongly preferred Experience selling in US markets strongly preferred Experience with finance, accounting, and procurement will be an asset Ability to relate to diverse individuals across a wide range of positions from C-level to analyst WHO YOU'LL INTERACT WITH: Collaborate with SAE’s to align on strategy and approach for client demos Ability to liaise with Project Managers, Professional Services and Software Developers in ensure a thorough understanding of the features/benefits/capabilities of Euna Procurement’s products and services Provide customer feedback to appropriate channels to help drive product enhancement and servicing strategy WORKING CONDITIONS: Some irregular hours may be required for travel and in responding to customer RFPs 20-30% travel within North America and Canada, sometimes requiring overnight and weekend stays Flex-work options may be available This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our new Atlanta, GA office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a software sales engineer or adjacent role
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of large audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into Local Governments and Municipalities strongly preferred
