Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases; proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#).
  • Familiarity with graph databases; prior experience with Neo4j strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with cloud-based or on-premise solution implementations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and business sense to translate solutions into measurable outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and drive results independently.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery, platform demonstrations, proof-of-value sessions, and workshops.
  • Co-create solution architectures, integrating graph technology with customers’ cloud or on-premise environments.
  • Advise on data modeling, analytics, and graph technology best practices to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and professional services teams to provide continuous customer value and feedback.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and account-based marketing initiatives to showcase solutions and thought leadership.
  • Manage multiple pre-sales opportunities in parallel, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
