Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies and 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
  • Demonstrate business acumen, executive presence, and SaaS Collaboration sales experience (web conferencing, cloud voice, UCaaS)
  • Demonstrate In-depth knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and AI-capable applications
  • Communicate excellently with ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences
  • Apply end-to-end IT systems knowledge to customer solution design
  • Able to mentor team members, lead when needed, and thrive in high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Designing and architecting next-generation communication solutions
  • Conduct demonstrations and proof of concepts for prospective customers
  • Leading solution design, selling activities, and RFQ/RFP response and preparation
  • Building and sharing competitive intelligence while working across multiple boundaries to drive the Zoom vision
