The Role:
At ScreenCloud, we consistently strive to provide our customers with a high level of service. A key part of this mission is ensuring we are ready and able to bring adaptable solutions to market rapidly to meet client-specific technical needs. This will also allow our core product and engineering teams to focus their efforts on key initiatives for the roadmap.
If you are someone who is skilled at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to solve company problems, then this role is for you. As the Solutions Engineer, you will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.
We're looking for our next Solutions Engineer to join either our Charlotte, North Carolina office, or in Austin, Texas.
Role Objectives:
Functional understanding of ScreenCloud’s existing solutions and integrations
Bring operational efficiency by implementing inventive technical solutions
Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs
Drive organization-wide process optimization
Meet short- and long-term business goals
Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize critical projects and work closely with various business units to achieve shared technical and commercial goals
• Ability to design creative IT solutions and a solid understanding of IT topics (info security, APIs, webhooks, and integrations)
• Familiarity with coding languages needed to develop custom solutions for customers
• Understanding of process optimization and deployment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical architecture diagramming
• Experience in HTML, CSS, SQL and Javascript

Nice To Haves

• React/Angular experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and test technical solutions and integrations
• Propose IT solutions to solve customer challenges
• Develop and review code for assigned projects
• Ensure comprehensive technical documentation for all projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, to create solutions that address internal challenges and provide customer value.
