Reporting to the Solutions Engineering Manager (based in Lehi, Utah), and working closely with colleagues in our Lehi office as well as the wider global team, you will help demonstrate how Netcraft’s products solve customer challenges. You will provide subject matter expertise on our services and the cybercrime problem domain, supporting the success of the Commercial organization from a technical perspective. This is a customer-facing technical role that partners closely with both our sales and customer-facing teams, helping prospects and customers understand the value of Netcraft’s solutions through technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution guidance. You will work directly with some of the world’s largest banks, technology companies, and government organizations as they look to better understand and defend against cybercrime.
