We’re seeking a Solutions Engineer who’s proactive, resourceful, and passionate about unblocking customers at every turn. In this role, you’ll be a key player in both our Sales and Customer Success teams, helping customers transform early excitement into fully realized solutions. Relying on your technical expertise, you’ll facilitate in-depth conversations with developers and decision-makers. Beyond closing the deal, you’ll ensure smooth solution design and integration—collaborating with customers on technical implementation, customization, and troubleshooting. Your goal is not just to resolve issues but also work to prevent them altogether.
