At Firefly, we’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who will join our global sales team and who’s as excited about helping prospects as they are about building solutions. As your primary focus will be on pre-sales, you’ll be the technical voice of our prospects, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a smooth journey - from the first technical demo to successful production deployment and beyond. As this role focuses on pre-sales solutions engineering, it’s perfect for someone with a strong DevOps or cloud background, a startup mentality, and a passion for helping prospects understand and adopt cutting-edge technology. The role is open to any candidate based in the Eastern or in the Central time zone in the US.
