About The Position

Boltive is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Kirkland, WA to perform the following job duties: Be the main point of contact as the Boltive technical specialist during pre-sales conversations and solution scoping; Lead product demonstrations for prospective customers; Perform post-sales deployment, configuration, and customization; Use SQL for troubleshooting investigations as well as providing metrics for data-driven storytelling; Be the voice of the customer and report product performance by providing detailed & timely product feedback and feature requests to product management; Use SQL for troubleshooting investigations as well as providing metrics for data-driven storytelling; Manage technical relationships with all players of the ad tech ecosystem including Publishers, SSP's, DSP's, and Ad Exchanges. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Position requires up to 10% domestic travel. Position requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering or other closely related degrees, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations. Must have the following skills gained in any amount through work experience or coursework: HTML and JavaScript; SQL; Browser interactions and client-side debugging; Data privacy regulations, cookies, and network resources; Ad Tech ecosystems; Experience supporting mobile applications; Experience providing customer and sales support for SAAS software; and Experience understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and defining product development requirements.
