  • Build custom dashboards and write code alongside customer teams
  • Serve as trusted technical advisor to your customer portfolio
  • Partner with our Head of Product to translate customer needs into features
  • Travel 30-50% to customer sites (primarily local in Southern California + broader domestic)
  • 2+ years of relevant, post-college work experience
  • Strong engineering background – Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics preferred
  • Hands-on hardware experience (embedded, test engineering, robotics, aerospace, automotive, or similar)
  • Demonstrated programming proficiency in languages such as Python, C/C++, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar
  • Comfort with technical troubleshooting and customer-facing communication
  • Interest in shaping product direction based on real-world needs
  • Willingness to travel and work directly with cutting-edge hardware teams
  • Experience with DAQ systems, PLCs, control systems, or automation
  • Experience with NI software suite, TwinCat, CodeSys
  • Previous field engineering or applications engineering roles
  • Startup experience
  • Passion for advanced manufacturing, robotics, or aerospace
