About The Position

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll build, maintain, and refine high-performance, scalable systems by collaborating across development, infrastructure, and product teams—from conception to completion. You’ll recommend how to imagine, develop, and launch solutions with transformative power. From digital and cloud solutions to original and emerging technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. You will develop products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives. This role is deeply hands-on. A core responsibility is evaluating the application portfolio and identifying the future architecture by rationalizing applications and technologies. You will actively use tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI development environments—integrating them into your daily workflow first—and then harden and operationalize them as first-class‑ engineering capabilities within the team and broader organization.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• You have at least seven years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java.
• You are familiar with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, TypeScript, or Vue.js, and you have proven expertise in building RESTful APIs and working with AWS.
• You’re thoughtful in your approach to software engineering practices. You enable a future-ready, high-quality, and responsive code base.
• Your agile mindset and passion for designing product user experiences enable rapid business growth.
• You have a foundation of technical ability, business acumen, leadership skills, and a desire to provide knowledge transfer.
• You have technology vendor management experience.
• You’ve provided technical direction, guidance, and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.
• You bring strong knowledge of modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, GitOps, cloud native platforms, and automated governance.
• You are seen as a thought leader in engineering discipline practices.
• You have hands-on, solution level expertise with tools such as: Harness.io (pipeline orchestration, deployment strategies, governance policies)
• You are a practitioner of AI assisted development—you use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot daily.
• You have expertise in provisioning and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform to ensure automated, secure, and reliable deployments across environments.
