In this role, you'll play an integral part in sales cycles, defining solutions that meet the requirements of our customers. You will be self-motivated and highly articulate, with a naturally curious mindset that drives insightful questioning and deep discovery. Collaborating with sales partners, you will drive net-new customer acquisition, leading technical evaluations and accelerating early product adoption in competitive opportunities.

Requirements

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent
• Have experience with internet technologies and cybersecurity concepts, including but not limited to, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), APIs, WAF, DDoS
• Have knowledge of cloud platforms and AI driven technology to be able to position high performance scalable solutions
• Be a customer advocate passionate about delivering technical solutions with a proven track record of delivering high-impact technical demos and value confirmations
• Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment

Responsibilities

• Partnering with sales to identify, qualify, and win net-new customer opportunities through excellent technical discovery and consultative engagement
• Managing the technical proposal process and ensuring all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate
• Tracking activities for business analysis and reporting, designing technical solutions to meet our customer's needs
• Leading technical activities such as demos, proof of concepts and value confirmations
