JOB SUMMARY: The Solutions Engineer – Risk & Fraud serves as the technical expert and strategic partner for the credit Union’s Fraud and Risk systems, including but not limited to Verafin, Ncontracts, Q2, and Quavo. Ensures alignment between business operations and IT, overseeing seamless integration across platforms and facilitates prioritization and execution of improvements across these system areas. Engages directly with vendors and integrated third parties for discovery and work plan development. Leads the definition of requirements, testing, and implementation of system enhancements.
