The role supports sales leadership with a success-based bonus structure, aligned directly with the sales team’s performance. Applicants should have an operational background in data centers while being goal-minded, with an interest in contributing to a strategic team-selling model, including coordinating with other technical, operations, construction, finance, management, proposal and sales team members. Accountability, understanding technical requirements, meeting client driven timelines and maintaining the T5 customer standards are central to the role.
