We’re looking for a Solutions Coordinator who thrives on getting the details right, keeping the wheels turning, and never backing down from a challenge. As our Solutions Coordinator, you’ll support on-time, high-quality service for our Solutions clients by coordinating the people, training, and resources that make it all work. You’ll: Ensure our daily operations align with client expectations and SOPs Coordinate and schedule teams—including backups when needed Conduct worksite visits to ensure performance and compliance Proactively handle training and materials needed for each account Help recruit and onboard new vendors Manage documentation and administrative tasks around scope, billing, and communications Work directly with customers and vendors to build relationships based on trust Keep operations sharp by identifying and acting on areas for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or coordination roles
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
  • A "no excuses" mindset—when something goes wrong, you figure it out and fix it
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confidence working on-site and in the field—this is not a desk job
  • Tech-savvy enough to navigate operational software and maintain accurate records

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with vendors or independent contractors a plus
