Accelo is a SaaS platform that streamlines and automates service operations in small to medium-sized businesses, often doubling profitability and reducing the chaos and confusion experienced by people working in professional service businesses. We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join and support our growing Sales team focusing on the PSA (Professional Service Automation) industry. This role will connect deep product knowledge to problems customers are trying to solve with solutions that bring value and impact to their business. The ideal candidate is passionate about educating customers on how to leverage technology to improve business processes. You seek to understand how their business works, what obstacles stand in their way, and position yourself as a trusted partner. You are well versed in cloud-based solutions with a bias toward automation over manual processes. While this role is part of the Sales team, you will be involved in Marketing, Implementation, and Product: you are the glue that brings a rich understanding of Accelo & Forecast's value to the market.
