As a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll play a pivotal role in the technical, solution-oriented, and competitive aspects of the Kustomer sales cycle, partnering closely with our East Coast-based sales team. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen and sales expertise. You’ll work alongside Account Executives to articulate the value and technical advantages of the Kustomer platform, engaging C-level and director-level executives with confidence and credibility. In close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will serve as the technical bridge between our Account Executives and prospective customers. You’ll own the primary technical relationship throughout the sales process, driving customer satisfaction by proactively delivering insightful technical guidance; whether in person or virtually.
