Role Summary As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you are a strategic advisor and thought leader—operating at the intersection of business strategy, client experience, architecture, and technology delivery. You lead complex, ambiguous initiatives across Advice and Wealth Management, shaping future state capabilities and influencing direction without direct authority. You are trusted by senior business and technology leaders to frame problems, surface options, articulate trade offs, and guide decisions that balance client outcomes, architectural integrity, and execution feasibility. What You’ll Do Strategic Consulting & Solution Leadership Lead discovery and solutioning for enterprise scale, cross domain initiatives. Translate business strategy and client outcomes into clear, feasible technology solution options, aligned with enterprise architecture and standards. Shape future state capability visions, including sequencing, dependencies, and roadmap implications. Influence & Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to senior business, product, architecture, data, and engineering leaders. Influence outcomes without formal ownership, facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholders. Proactively identify cross team opportunities and systemic improvements that advance AWM goals. Craft & Communication Create high quality solution artifacts such as capability models, process flows, system interactions, option comparisons, and executive ready narratives. Clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership forums. Balance strategic depth with simplicity—helping leaders make informed decisions efficiently. Mentorship & Community Leadership Serve as a role model and mentor for less tenured Solutions Consultants, elevating the overall solutioning craft. Contribute to solutioning standards, reusable patterns, and community learning. What You’ll Need Experience & Expertise Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in technology solutioning, architecture, consulting, or product adjacent roles. Demonstrated success leading large, cross cutting initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Advice and/or Wealth Management domains (or similarly complex, regulated financial services environments). Core Skills Exceptional problem framing and systems thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, structuring ill defined problems into actionable paths forward. Strong stakeholder management and influence skills at senior leadership levels. Excellent written and visual communication (slides, diagrams, models). Mindset Strategic, curious, and outcome focused. Comfortable challenging assumptions constructively. Requirements
