About The Position

This role involves developing and owning end-to-end solution design strategies to tackle complex technical challenges across various domains, including enterprise SaaS planning platforms like Anaplan. The Solutions Architect will lead the creation of architectural artifacts and ensure design standards are met to deliver cohesive and effective technology solutions. Collaboration with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams is crucial to align solutions with business requirements and technical standards. The success of this role is measured by the quality, consistency, and successful implementation of solution designs that support organizational goals and strategic initiatives. The position contributes to the organization by providing integrated solutions that bolster business objectives, facilitate new sales initiatives, and enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • 4-7 years Related work experience
  • 4–7 years Progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen and executive communication skills
  • 4-7 years Experience working in solutions design and enterprise architecture delivering IT solutions
  • 4–7 years Experience in Enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, PLM, middle-tier services, database, storage, distributed computing, virtualization and/or application technology

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and ownership of end-to-end solution designs to deliver integrated technology solutions across domains, including enterprise planning and sales enablement platforms
  • Create and maintain architectural artifacts including diagrams, data models, and technical documentation to support solution implementation and scalable SaaS deployments
  • Collaborate with senior management, sales stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align designs to enterprise standards
  • Enforce design standards, governance practices, and lifecycle management processes to ensure quality, consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational architecture guidelines
  • Identify architectural gaps and define remediation strategies to improve solution effectiveness, performance, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Support implementation activities including integration design, release readiness, UAT support, and transition to operational ownership
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
