About The Position

Hypha is an AI-native platform transforming asset management across the full lifecycle—acquisition, management, and exit. Focused on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate, we're revolutionizing the industry through three key pillars: Observability: Providing real-time visibility into asset performance, deal progress, and market conditions for all stakeholders Intelligence: Enabling AI-driven multidimensional optimization with risk scores, tax strategies, and benchmarking Orchestration: Creating seamless workflows and a single source of truth to eliminate inefficiencies Hypha Principles Human-first > Tech-first: Start with people— not models looking for problems to solve. Depth > Breadth: Go all the way down to the root and build back up. Momentum > Perfection: Progress toward a clear direction, compounding over time. Role Overview We’re looking for an analytical, customer-facing Solutions Architect to lead the Post-Sale implementation and technical integration of our platform within our customers’ environments. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and GTM and reports to the Head of GTM. You will design and implement solutions tailored to each customer’s unique data structures (aka “topology”), workflows (aka “skills”), and dashboards ensuring our platform becomes deeply embedded in how they operate. You’ll be responsible for translating complex customer requirements into scalable, elegant implementations that drive measurable business outcomes. In a hyper-growth environment, you’ll help define our implementation standards, build repeatable frameworks, and turn one-off customer challenges into product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Forward Deployment, Implementation, or Technical Consulting in B2B SaaS
  • Fast learner of our customers’ businesses
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with customer engineering or operations teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias toward action

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at an early stage startup
  • Prior experience in finance (asset management, real estate, sales and trading, commercial banking, private credit, or private equity)

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions by designing architectures tailored to each customer’s data models and workflows
  • Configure the platform to align with customer operations and systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability
  • Deeply understand customer goals and success criteria, and identify edge cases, integration gaps, and optimization opportunities early in the implementation process
  • Enable technical stakeholders to manage and scale their setup through clear documentation, solution blueprints, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot challenges with urgency and precision to maintain momentum and trust
  • Surface recurring implementation friction points and identify opportunities to improve product flexibility and scalability
  • Collaborate with Engineering to influence roadmap decisions based on insights from real-world deployments

Benefits

  • Be at the cutting edge of applied AI
  • Have a large scope and massive impact on the company
  • Work directly with the leadership team
  • Strong career growth opportunities as we scale
  • Competitive compensation package: $115-$140k base salary and OTE bonus
