We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead system-level architecture and technical direction by bridging complex customer requirements with robust, production-ready designs. As a pivotal member of the Customer Solutions Team, you will define scalable architectures, optimize system performance, and influence internal product roadmaps using real-world deployment insights. A strong background in vehicle networking—specifically across CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and related protocols—is essential, as you will be responsible for designing and optimizing in-vehicle communication systems. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend deep architectural strategy with hands-on engineering expertise to deliver high-impact, tailored solutions that align with diverse deployment environments and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (MS preferred)
  • 12+ years of experience in automotive software, embedded systems, or networking domains
  • Proven experience in system architecture design, including defining scalable and production-ready solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience with vehicle networking technologies and in-vehicle communication systems
  • Deep experience with CAN / CAN-FD and Automotive Ethernet
  • Strong experience with automotive protocols such as SOME/IP, DDS, UDS, and DoIP
  • Solid understanding of Ethernet fundamentals and advanced features, including TSN, VLAN, and QoS
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ and familiarity with Python or scripting languages
  • Experience working with Linux-based embedded systems
  • Proven ability to debug complex system-level issues across software, network, and platform layers
  • Experience working directly with OEM or Tier-1 customers in technical or solution-oriented roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-facing solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) architectures
  • Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR, QNX, or Android Automotive
  • Knowledge of Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) standards
  • Knowledge of network security technologies, including TLS, MACsec, and SecOC
  • Experience contributing to AUTOSAR, Open Alliance, or similar industry standardization bodies
  • Familiarity with CodeBeamer, Jama, or other ALM tools
  • Proficiency with Git, Python, and shell scripting
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build systems such as Jenkins and CMake
  • Basic understanding of automotive hardware and ECU architecture (e.g., SoC, MCU, network switches)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing engagements

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for customer engagements, from requirement analysis to system design and deployment strategy
  • Work directly with customers(OMEs/Tier1/Partners) to understand technical and business requirements, and define tailored, production-ready solutions.
  • Drive technical proposals, solution positioning, and architecture recommendations aligned with customer needs and deployment environments
  • Lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews with customers and partners
  • Define and optimize system-level architecture across multiple ECUs, such as HPC, Gateway, TCU, and domain controllers
  • Lead the design of scalable and high-performance in-vehicle communication architectures
  • Drive system-level optimization across CPU, memory, and network throughput
  • Architect and integrate vehicle networking solutions using CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and hybrid network topologies
  • Design and optimize Ethernet switch configurations, including VLAN, QoS, traffic prioritization, and Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN)
  • Implement and optimize networking protocols such as SOME/IP, DDS, UDS, DoIP, MQTT, TCP/IP, and HTTP(S)
  • Influence internal product architecture and roadmap based on customer requirements and field experience
  • Contribute to industry standardization efforts such as AUTOSAR, Open Alliance, and related automotive networking initiatives
  • Support system integration, debugging, and performance tuning in real vehicle environments
  • Troubleshoot complex system-level issues across software, network, and platform layers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture, APIs, integration guidelines, and performance benchmarks
