About The Position

The Solutions Architect for Robotic Industrial Inspections role is a pivotal position within the Product Management team, which serves as the strategic link between engineering innovation and commercial success. This role involves taking ownership of the customization and go-to-market strategy for the entire ANYbotics hardware and software product stack, targeting specific industry verticals. The individual will be responsible for architecting vertical solutions, providing strategic business leadership, ensuring go-to-market excellence, fostering commercial partnerships, and defining visionary product strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience deploying automated inspection projects within industrial environments.
  • Background in asset-heavy industries such as Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Metals, or High-Volume Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of how automated inspection, control and maintenance systems (e.g., mobile robotics, IoT, DCS/SCADA, CMMS, APM) integrate into complex industrial workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related).
  • Sharp observer of customer personas and pain points with a deep understanding of what resonates in the market.
  • Keen to partner with Commercial teams on strategic pursuits and developing the toolkits necessary to enable global commercial success.
  • Expertise in building robust business cases and navigating complex pricing models.
  • Comfortable handling the business and legal nuances of technical partnerships and strategic agreements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate internal stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into high-value narratives for diverse internal and external audiences, from R&D engineers to C-suite executives.
  • A self-starter who thrives in the high-stakes, fast-paced environment of a scaling deep-tech company.
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% to customer sites and global offices.

  • Understanding of robotics fundamentals combined with an architectural grasp of how hardware and software subsystems integrate into a cohesive robotic platform and solution.
  • Specialized experience in industrial inspection workflows or predictive maintenance.
  • Success doing business internationally, working with customers, partners or industrial sites across multiple continents.
  • Familiarity with safety and cybersecurity standards specific to heavy industry.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize the ANYbotics product stack—spanning robotics, inspection payloads, and data insights—into cohesive technical solutions that integrate seamlessly into the workflows and systems of customers and ecosystem partners.
  • Build the supporting business models and legal frameworks necessary to deliver "turnkey" value to target industry verticals.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business propositions to influence decision-makers across customer and partner organizations.
  • Build compelling business cases, utilizing both quantitative ROI and qualitative metrics to prove impact.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement toolkits, including product positioning, competitive intelligence, and training materials.
  • Ensure the Commercial team is fully equipped to articulate unique value and win complex deals in target vertical(s).
  • Act as a consultative partner to the Commercial team, helping drive multi-functional efforts to win complex deals.
  • Lead high-impact customer workshops that articulate the unique value of ANYbotics.
  • Define the future of the product stack by seeing the world through the eyes of industrial customers and identifying emerging value drivers.
  • Collaborate directly with Product Managers and R&D to ensure market vision is deeply embedded in the technical roadmap.
