About The Position

The Mgr, Solution 1- ServiceNow is a manager position that leads a team responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of IT solutions within the organization. A key focus is creating, delivering—including the ideation, planning, execution, collecting requirements and operational commissioning—and operating these IT solutions for the organization globally. This management position approves solution architecture and manages all financial, technical and human resources supporting end-to-end IT solution lifecycle ownership. This position provides vision and direction to customers on how technology can be used to increase user productivity, solve complex business problems, and support the mission of the organization. Preference will be given to candidates with ServiceNow expertise. This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing IT solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Ability to work with divine guidance to support the mission of the Church.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT solutions within the organization.
  • Create and deliver IT solutions including ideation, planning, execution, and operational commissioning.
  • Approve solution architecture.
  • Manage financial, technical, and human resources for IT solution lifecycle ownership.
  • Provide vision and direction to customers on technology usage to increase productivity and solve business problems.
