About The Position

The Solution Executive, Quality Manager will be responsible for delivering solution sales, accelerating adoption through insight and expertise, and evangelizing the value proposition of assigned products to HealthStream clients and prospects in Skilled Nursing (SNF) care setting. In this role, the Solution Executive seeks to align HealthStream’s Quality Manager solution with an institutions needs and business objectives, build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders effectively, and meet or exceed an assigned sales quota. This individual will have ultimate responsibility for all elements of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, positioning, demonstrations, presentations, objection handling, and contract negotiations through sale closure. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into the SNF care setting and bring with them passion and drive to help customers meet their quality requirements as a hunter to expand marketshare.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful consultative (not transactional) SaaS experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quota
  • Deep knowledge of the SNF care setting including buying cycles, key trends, & budget limitations.
  • Experience with QAPI a plus
  • Superior knowledge of consultative sales techniques including cold calling, networking, discovering needs, overcoming objections and product demonstrations - all with the ability to capture and close the deal
  • Knowledge of Solution Selling/Customer Centric selling methodologies
  • Extensive experience with remote demonstrations of software applications, highlighting UI, combined with Microsoft office elements (PPT)
  • Use of online demonstration tools (i.e. MS Teams)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be able to create and report on data analytics using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient use of MS Teams
  • SalesForce.com & CRM skills
  • Territory management - geographical, systems & account based.
  • Success in hitting quota from home office environment
  • Innovative problem solver who works independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to set-up and conduct compelling onsite and remote client software demonstrations & presentations
  • Hunter/Closer. Consultative sales style. Follow up skills a must
  • Must be highly accountable for ones own success and able to take ownership of professional self-development
  • High emotional intelligence required to succeed in this role
  • Teamwork and collaboration are a must while harnessing a hunter mindset.
  • Must be able to accurately and timely manage your pipeline, ensuring appropriate sales Tiers and Forecast Categories for each opportunity as it moves through the sales cycle
  • Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and effective negotiation skills.
  • Multi-task oriented; works with a sense of urgency and a desire for excellence in performance.
  • Enthusiasm and initiative, and ability to operate independently with limited oversight.
  • Ability to have a point of view and to clearly articulate it.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and complex team selling environment through collaboration with trust and comradery.
  • Ability to accurately manage sales funnel and forecasting on a weekly basis.
  • Ability to articulately position our value proposition through passion and with a connection to the importance to the solutions supported/sold.
  • Ability to present and demonstrate product in a way that is compelling & easy to understand in the SNF care setting.
  • Highly driven to achieve personal and team quota goals.
  • Ability to travel 25% - 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
  • Responsible for calling on key stakeholders in SNF institutions to expand marketshare of HealthStreams SaaS based Quality Manager tool.
  • Travel to prospective Client and Client locations to discuss business opportunities and relationships.
  • Attend meetings and conferences as appropriate to represent Company.
  • Partner with our Account Management and Account Executive teams to develop a strategic sales plan leveraging both teamwork and individual contributions.
