The Solution Engineering and Technical Services (SETS) team at Ironclad collaborates closely with prospective customers and Ironclad’s Sales, Success, Product and Implementation teams, forming a critical technical overlay to the solution evaluation process. As a Senior Manager within the SETS team at Ironclad, you will report to the global head of SETS and play a pivotal role in driving our sales and success efforts with our Midmarket customers. You will lead a team of highly skilled Solution Engineers (SEs) and will be responsible for enabling them to support our customers, and to act as solution advisors as they evolve their Ironclad-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services, extensive experience in sales support, and a proven track record of building and leading successful solution engineering teams.
