The Futureforce University Recruiting program at Salesforce is dedicated to attracting, retaining, and cultivating talent, offering interns and new graduates the opportunity to work on real projects with tangible impact. Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, focuses on driving customer success through AI and innovation, seeking Trailblazers passionate about bettering business and the world. This role is part of the Success Graduate Program, uniquely designed for early career candidates to gain exposure to various solutions that create business value for customers, offering opportunities to learn from colleagues across the US. A Solution Engineer, also known as a "Pre-Sales Engineer" or "Sales Consultant," is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture to prospects and customers, building confidence in the company's technology, and addressing technical objections during the sales cycle. This requires a strong desire to leverage technical and sales skills, including soliciting business requirements, developing technical sales strategies, configuring, and demonstrating solutions that provide business value. The Solution Engineering (SE) team bridges technology and commercial aspects of the business. SEs are experts in Salesforce's applications, platform, and technology, translating technical capabilities into business impact and value. They primarily collaborate with account teams to ensure customers are confident in using Salesforce for their projects. This involves understanding customer business imperatives through research, discovery engagements, workshops, and stakeholder interactions, then mapping Salesforce's technology to these imperatives to prove how it uniquely addresses customer requirements. This proof can range from simple meetings to complex account strategies involving large teams.
