We are hiring a full-time Robotics Solution Engineer for our AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robotics) team. This customer-facing role supports sales and pre-sales teams in AMR solution design, identifying and designing appropriate solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, designing and validating solutions offered by Infios, analyzing supply chain requirements, providing business process consulting, and conducting in-depth solution demonstrations. The role also involves reviewing proposals, offering on-site consulting, and executing sales presentations. Essential skills include operational data analysis, warehouse solution design, and strong presentation abilities. Candidates should have 5-10 years of supply chain experience, preferably with automation and process engineering. What a Day in the Life Looks Like: Working with our Sales team to identify and develop opportunities for Robotics Solutions Understand customer operations and requirements through remote and on-site discovery sessions Conduct data analysis, assess potential AMR solutions and propose designs based on the best fit per customer operations Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions Collaborate with customers and our AMR vendor partners to develop & design suitable solutions Identify and Assess Risks and Risk Mitigations for solutions offered Act as a trusted advisor to customers, prospects and internal resources Understand prospect’s business priorities, current and future warehouse operations, technology landscape, and key stakeholders Demonstrate solution functionality and capability Assess Return on Investment (ROI) for different solutions Address operational, technical and functional questions from prospects and sales team specific to AMR Explain Infios’ implementation methodologies, typical project life cycles and key project milestones Support RFP responses for robotics solutions Work with Sales and Services team to create and build Professional Services Estimate Facilitate project transitions to ensure successful knowledge and relationship transfer to the implementation teams What you Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics preferred Experience with automation technology in Distribution Centers, including Goods to Person, AMR, Conveyance, and Packaging Experience designing automation solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, proactive in seeking process improvements, and persuasive in gaining stakeholder support Strategic thinker with the ability to communicate complex ideas to audiences of varying ability Sales and presentation skills Experience designing AMR solutions in the logistics or 3PL industries highly preferred Comprehensive understanding of warehousing and fulfillment processes Familiarity with Infios portfolio products preferred Self-starter ability to work autonomously and in teams Post-graduate education or training preferred Experience with AutoCAD or other computer-aided design tools preferred Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred Must be able to travel 30 – 40% What We Do for You Work in fast-paced and dynamic environment, with international clients and colleagues Access to competitive Medical, Dental and Vision insurance The option to enroll in 401K matching program Flexible Time Off, 11 days paid holidays and 1 day of volunteer time per year Fun, casual, and flexible work environment Salary range 110 – 125K This compensation range is indicative of the role. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics preferred
