About The Position

We are looking for a talented Solution Engineer Principal to join our team
specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate organization in
Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between business needs and technology by analyzing complex technical requirements and translating them into scalable, integrated solution designs that follow enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead the design and execution of high‑quality data migration strategies that maintain performance, ensure data integrity, and minimize operational disruption.
• Strengthen business processes by recommending greater use of standard application functionality, reducing complexity, and improving overall capability.
• Architect and deliver detailed technical designs and solution architectures for complex systems and integrations that support critical business and user needs.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end development lifecycle—including design, configuration, testing, and maintenance—to ensure reliable and effective delivery of key solutions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of solution options by assessing scalability, integration complexity, technical fit, and total cost of ownership across both COTS and custom‑build solutions.
• Enhance cross‑functional alignment by collaborating with architects, process owners, engineering teams, vendors, and infrastructure groups to validate requirements, clarify designs, and troubleshoot system performance.
• Elevate team capability and solution quality by coaching team members, participating in design and cybersecurity reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards, governance requirements, and enterprise guidelines
