About The Position

Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure software solutions in pre-production and production environments. At Netsmart, improving care delivery isn’t just our aspiration, it’s our passion! For more than 50 years, we’ve been a healthcare software company developing technology and providing services in the behavioral health, human services, and Post-Acute markets. We collaborate with organizations and partner with our clients across the care spectrum to anticipate challenges, identify obstacles and recognize new opportunities as healthcare evolves. We continuously strive to advance our Netsmart technologies and offerings beyond the EHR by embracing new technology trends that empower healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care. Solution Delivery Consultant Embark on a rewarding journey as a Solution Delivery Consultant, where your expertise will shine in system build, testing, and conversion projects using our implementation methodology. Dive into the exciting realm of testing and troubleshooting configurations, enhancing solution functionality across a variety of client environments. Your active involvement in client meetings, internal initiatives, and process improvement will be instrumental. Be the eyes identifying, the voice reporting, and the hands managing solution status, risks, and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to issue resolution and lending your insights to workflow analysis. In this role, you'll not only build and maintain client relationships but also navigate through conflicts, documenting the very best practices in methodology. EVV: This role will support our EVV frameworks. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a technology framework that ensures home and community-based care services are delivered as authorized by capturing key details such as who provided the service, who received it, where it occurred, and the exact start and end times. For Netsmart, EVV is more than a compliance requirement; it is a critical capability that supports accurate billing, reduces administrative burden, and strengthens accountability across providers, states, and health plans. By integrating EVV directly into its broader care delivery ecosystem, Netsmart helps organizations streamline workflows, improve real-time visibility into visits, and enhance the overall quality and reliability of mobile care. For an applicant, understanding EVV means understanding how Netsmart empowers caregivers and agencies to deliver safer, more efficient, and more transparent services in the field.
