Fair Isaac Corporation seeks a full-time Solution Consulting - Lead Consultant. Telecommuting available from anywhere in US. HQ at Bozeman, MT. The primary duty of the Solution Consulting - Lead Consultant is to serve as a recognized specialist and Subject Matter Expert for FICO's Customer Communication Services, and represent the CCS product and implement best practice solutions for our clients. Specific duties include: 1. Work on Fraud and Collections applications by applying domain knowledge in Fraud defense mechanisms (such as Voice Carousel, ANI Velocity, ANI Spoofing) and Payment integration using web channel, Card, and token payment methods. 2. Lead the client through the delivery lifecycle phases of Requirements, Testing and Production implementation. 3. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and identify key requirements for Customer Communications software solutions. 4. Utilize AWS functionalities, including Athena queries to triage testing issues. 5. Apply in-depth knowledge of design, development, configuration, and administration of Classic CCS Applications using VXML, SOAP, JS, integration technologies (Batch, Real-Time Web Services, JSON, etc.). 6. Apply extensive experience in the CCS Flows Product development and reporting including technologies to deliver projects on CCS Flows. 7. Apply domain knowledge of Interactive Mobile Communications channels like IVR, SMS, Push Notification, WhatsApp and Email in TCPA-Compliance, Reporting, Telecom. 8. Contribute and collaborate with Developers and QA testers on design, analysis, architecture/modeling, implementation, builds, unit testing, code reviews, QA test case Reviews, QA testing, defect fixes, documentation, and process enhancements, and for technical solutions for large-scale product or enterprise initiatives. 9. Identify redundancy and gaps in processes and propose resolutions. Leverage data analysis to drive decision making. 10. Responsible for advising and guiding customers in integrating to Flows with existing Legacy/Classic Applications, in selected engagements, actively participating in the integration by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting App behavior and gaps. 11. Apply expertise in software requirements life cycle, including documenting, traceability, design, development, testing, defect tracking and resolution using Agile methodology. Domestic travel required up to 25% of the time. May telecommute from any location in the U.S. HQ at Bozeman, MT. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as an IT professional or related position. Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: 1) Applying an understanding of the business context for Fraud, Collections and other Business areas that leverage Customer Communications. 2) Utilizing development technologies including VXML, SQL, JS, HTML, CSS, and UNIX, JIRA, Microsoft Office Tools, and Visio/Lucid Chart. 3) Working in a client facing, software consulting role with proven ability to design, configure, and implement solutions from inception through completion with a deep understanding of analytical and statistical resolution rates of appropriate communication strategies. 4) Collaborating with Developers and QA testers on design, analysis, architecture/modeling, implementation, builds, unit testing, code reviews, QA test case reviews, QA testing, defect fixes, documentation, and process enhancements, and for technical solutions for large-scale product or enterprise initiatives. 5) Working in a team using Agile development methodologies; Accessing and Gathering Business Requirements. 6) Overseeing the SIT and UAT processes and managing and assuring the quality of the defects raised. This involves tracking and identification of project issues through use of troubleshooting skills. 7) Utilizing domain knowledge of Interactive Mobile Communications channels including IVR, SMS, Push Notification, WhatsApp and Email in TCPA-Compliance, Reporting, Telecom. 8) Applying expertise in software requirements life cycle, including documenting, traceability, design, development, testing, defect tracking and resolution.
