About The Position

We are looking for a Solution Consultant, who will lead and manage solutions-led product consulting support to the sales / engagement and product teams, as a domain SME with specific focus on Client’s Transaction Banking solutions for North America. Geographic coverage Primarily North America (US, Canada and Mexico), with incremental (on need basis) responsibilities for Central and Latin America. Selective involvement with other global markets may be expected occasionally (though limited in nature)

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of total experience that includes (at a minimum), with 5-7 years as a solution consultant or equivalent (focused on banking solutions)
  • Ability to work with teams across multiple disciplines and locations, focused on delivering high-quality output in short timeframes
  • Ability to understand new solutions and/or technology through instruction and self-training
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with expertise in creative tools like MS-PowerPoint, leveraging them for effective story-telling
  • Experience in breaking down complex subjects and making them simple to consume for a variety of end client audiences
  • Open to travel as necessary (subject to Covid restrictions as applicable)

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experience with Transaction Banking solutions would be a plus. Domain areas include US Cash management, Payments, Liquidity Management, Virtual Accounts and US Escrow deposits

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales / engagement to support initial door opening conversations and continued business opportunities with respect to cross / up sell, version upgrades, high level solution pitches, value propositions, etc.
  • Support and influence client / prospect stakeholders at various stages of the deal cycle
  • Lead and support next steps engagement, which includes management of bids and related activities (RFI, RFP, Demos, Proof-of-Concepts, etc.)
  • Own and develop executive summary and value proposition definitions for strategic must-win prospects
  • Lead all initiatives with respect to solution design for the prospect / client
  • Participate and support in negotiations and contracting on a need basis
  • Support necessary transition / handoff to delivery post contracting
  • Support marketing and sales to develop and implement a strong GTM (Go to Market) strategy
  • Participate and engage in identified market building events, conferences, etc., as a domain SME
  • Development of thought leadership content on an ongoing basis
  • Provide structured and ongoing feedback and inputs to the product team on new requirements and market trends, to help expand the North American roadmap for the product suite
