About The Position

We are building a new CLOUD ERP consulting practice and are seeking an experienced Solution Architecture Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping our delivery capabilities and client solutions. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring a blend of technical expertise, cross-functional process knowledge, presales acumen, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will act as the face of architecture for our practice, ensuring that client solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business transformation goals

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep cross-functional knowledge of CLOUD ERP Finance and Logistics; strong grounding in data models (Universal Journal, Business Partner, Material Ledger).
• Hands-on expertise in integration design, extensions, and architecture governance.
• Proven leadership in solution architecture roles for mid-to-large transformation programs.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, able to influence both business and IT stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RISE with SAP and S/4 Public Cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP services, API frameworks, and emerging SAP technologies.
• Prior experience in a consulting practice leadership role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; SAP certifications highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture- Define overall solution architecture and roadmap for CLOUD ERP transformations across Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, and integration points.
• Establish best practices and reference architectures for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid S/4 deployments.
• Provide architectural oversight for RICEFW objects, extensions, and SAP BTP integrations.
• Ensure architectural designs balance functional fit, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
• Presales & Client Engagement- Lead solutioning efforts for RFPs, proposals, and client workshops.
• Partner with the sales team to develop winning strategies and articulate value propositions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, explaining complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Present roadmaps, demos, and thought leadership content to position the practice as a market leader.
• Integration Leadership- Own integration strategies between CLOUD ERP and key surrounding applications (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Payroll, and third-party systems).
• Oversee data migration frameworks and ensure integrity during conversion and cutover.
• Guide master data governance and harmonization strategies across client landscapes.
• Practice Development & Leadership- Mentor capability leads (Finance, Supply Chain, Technical) and ensure solution consistency across workstreams.
• Contribute to knowledge management, reusable assets, and delivery accelerators.
• Stay ahead of SAP roadmap developments and bring forward innovation strategies (Central Finance, RISE with SAP, AI/ML in S/4).
• Represent the practice in alliance conversations with SAP and other strategic partners
