About The Position

Your strategic vision will help serve customers and transform lives through innovative solutions and impactful connections Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with business and technical objectives, while providing technical leadership and facilitating crucial design decisions in collaboration with Enterprise Architects and System Engineers. What you’ll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: End-to-End Architecture (Azure + Snowflake): Define solution architecture, component interactions, data flows, integrations. Snowflake Administration & Data Sharing: Own Snowflake operational patterns (env strategy, warehouse sizing, workload isolation, cost governance); drive deep SQL performance tuning; design and govern secure data shares and standards. Governance & Compliance: Embed data governance and compliance controls (classification, retention, lineage, auditability, access reviews, masking/tokenization where needed) and establish logging/monitoring for audits and investigations. Azure Admin, Networking & Connectivity: Architect Azure foundations and secure network designs (VNet/subnet, NSG, routing, DNS, firewall, Private Link/private endpoints) and secure Snowflake connectivity with segmented ingress/egress. Security, Encryption & Certificates: Implement encryption and secrets/key management patterns; manage certificate-based connectivity (rotation, trust chains, troubleshooting); drive hardening and vulnerability management. Compute Ops (VMs, Patching, Data Transfer): Build/manage VMs and patching processes; design secure, reliable data transfer approaches; ensure operational readiness via monitoring/alerting. Programming & Automation: Use SQL/Python/PySpark to automate operations and data workflows; promote CI/CD, version control, testing, and repeatable deployments. Technical Leadership: Align stakeholders, lead design reviews, and standardize reusable patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce risk. What you’ll need Master's degree (MS/MA) desired in Computer Science. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Requirements
