About The Position

The Opportunity As part of the Delivery Excellence - Tech Enablement team you will lead end-to-end technical strategy, design, and implementation across complex, cross-functional initiatives. As a Senior Manager you will drive architectural clarity and consistency across teams, collaborating with technical leaders to enable engineering teams to deliver with assurance and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering or architecture roles

• Proven experience designing and delivering modern software solutions
• Comfortable writing and reviewing code in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technical deliveries
• Possessing experience in scaled agile environments
