About The Position

The Solution Architect acts as the strategic and technical lead across complex client pursuits and engagements—shaping opportunities from early discovery through delivery and stabilization. The role bridges strategy, technology, and measurable business value, ensuring every solution reflects an offering-led, value-driven growth approach. You will lead the solution definition phase of complex client pursuits, crafting technology strategies and architectures that balance innovation, feasibility, and business impact. The role emphasizes how AI, automation, and data-driven engineering can transform how solutions are designed, delivered, and scaled.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience leading solution architecture for large client pursuits or transformation programs.
  • Deep experience designing and leading complex, multi-disciplinary technology solutions across cloud, data, and enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and scale AI-enabled systems—from recommendation engines to generative models and intelligent process automation.
  • Familiarity with AI toolchains (e.g., ML pipelines, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering) and their application in modern delivery environments.
  • Strong ability to operate at both financial, strategic, and technical levels, connecting business outcomes to architecture choices.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted tools for architecture exploration, development acceleration, and scenario modeling.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data/AI platforms.
  • Adept at executive storytelling, translating technology into narratives that resonate with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Confident leading cross-functional pursuit teams, balancing delivery velocity with technical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Shaping & Early Qualification
  • Collaborate with business development and market teams to assess new opportunities that align with strategic themes and industry focus areas.
  • Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and advanced analytics create differentiated value through predictive insights, intelligent workflows, or personalized customer experiences.
  • Lead or support early client discovery conversations to frame business challenges, define value hypotheses, and identify transformation levers.
  • Act as a strategic solution leader, shaping the technology approach, engagement vision, and team model before formal proposal development.
  • Ensure that every opportunity has a clear line of sight to client business value, differentiation, and long-term partnership potential.
  • Engagement Mobilization & Strategy Definition
  • Lead the solution architecture stream for high-value pursuits, partnering with pursuit and delivery leaders to co-develop the overall strategy and technical direction.
  • Develop early solution vision artifacts, conceptual architectures, and thin-slice roadmaps that demonstrate how AI, data, and engineering jointly enable transformation.
  • Align solution design, delivery approach, and commercial model to the client’s strategic goals and measurable success criteria.
  • Work with internal innovation teams to integrate AI-based accelerators, reusable models, and automation frameworks into proposals.
  • Contribute to win-theme articulation, ensuring the solution narrative reinforces business value, risk mitigation, and delivery confidence.
  • Solution Architecture & Value Realization
  • Translate client strategy into actionable architectural blueprints that integrate modern engineering, cloud, data, and AI capabilities—from generative models to decision automation.
  • Quantify architectural decisions in terms of business outcomes such as speed, scalability, cost efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-disciplinary teams (engineering, delivery, product, data, and design) to validate solution feasibility through proofs of concept or prototypes, often leveraging AI-assisted development and testing tools.
  • Champion human-in-the-loop design principles, ensuring automation complements human decision-making responsibly.
  • Incorporate accelerators, design patterns, and reusable assets to drive consistency, speed, and innovation at scale.
  • Define reference architectures spanning application, platform, data, and AI capabilities.
  • Have a strong understanding of data management, governance, platforms, business insights, and advanced analytics applications.
  • Articulate a clear point of view on agentic AI and the architectural capabilities required to support it.
  • Proposal Development & Executive Alignment
  • Lead the technical and AI-driven architecture narrative within proposals and executive presentations.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear executive narratives supported by visual architecture models, delivery timelines, and quantified value projections.
  • Collaborate with finance and delivery leads to ensure solution assumptions, especially around AI adoption or automation ROI, align with commercial models and execution feasibility.
  • Present and defend solution approaches in executive and technical forums, balancing visionary thinking with implementation pragmatism.
  • Delivery Enablement & Transition
  • Ensure architecture intent translates seamlessly into delivery through handover artifacts, onboarding, and engineering playbooks.
  • Participate in early delivery phases to establish architectural patterns, guardrails, and governance.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor AI model performance, drift, and ethical compliance across the lifecycle.
  • Conduct retrospectives to capture learnings and continuously improve AI and architecture frameworks across engagements.
