• Anticipatory Instinct: Sophisticated ability to forecast bottlenecks and financial risks; delivers data-backed outcomes rather than just identifying problems.
• Strategic Diplomacy: High-EQ leader capable of modernizing workflows while earning the trust of tenured, global talent.
