Job Description Digital Workplace Domain Solution Architect M365, MS Email, SharePoint, LAPTOP image (MS and MAC) - MS Desktop Applications - Architect Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provides recommendations on buy versus build. Ensures technical solutions are being implemented as designed. Communicates with stakeholders and ensures alignment on the solutions. Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Ensures the technology solutions are aligned with the enterprise technology, vision, strategy, and roadmap. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • 6 year’s relevant experience
  • Must meet one of the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
  • Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field
  • Certification in relevant focus area

Responsibilities

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provides recommendations on buy versus build.
  • Ensures technical solutions are being implemented as designed.
  • Communicates with stakeholders and ensures alignment on the solutions.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensures the technology solutions are aligned with the enterprise technology, vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • May oversee the work of Solution/Application Architects to ensure the solutions are aligned with the organization’s overall strategy.
  • Researches and identifies application opportunities around performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Mentors and shares applicable knowledge regarding design principles, implementation techniques, and emerging technologies and trends.
  • May manage projects requiring the responsibility of delegating work and reviewing resulting work product.
  • May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.
  • May function as a team lead and assistant to the supervisor/manager.
