As a Solution and Go to Market Strategist at EFX, you will be a pivotal force in translating our powerful enterprise products into tangible value for our clients. Your primary mission will be to understand intricate lender workflows and craft innovative solutions and "showrooms" that demonstrate how EFX's differentiated data and technology can optimize customer outcomes. In this highly visible, customer-focused role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop compelling value messaging, support client proposals, and build a unique knowledge base that will directly influence our go-to-market strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate for this hybrid position will be based in our Atlanta office, with in-office work required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and the flexibility to work remote on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be considered; Product Management certifications is a plus
  • 7-10 years of related product management experience in a product-led organization required, as is experience leading in a Product Management environment in Sales, Technology, Financial Services or Data & Analytics
  • Experience writing detailed product requirements is fundamental and required and must demonstrate a solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead efforts in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience in Product tools required (Aha, JIRA, Figma)
  • Possesses a deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis of competitors
  • Can use strong knowledge of competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high-potential opportunities that demonstrate competitive advantage
  • Is capable of setting the vision and ensure its alignment with strategy and goals
  • Interact with key decisions-makers within own function and across related functions to successfully navigate Equifax’ organization
  • Has managed executional rigor to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands

  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI/ML technologies to drive product innovation and enhance user value
  • Experience demonstrating Design Thinking for innovation is a plus
  • Use creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions. Apply creative and analytical tools to develop real solutions for real needs, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping and iteration models.
  • Team lead experience or demonstrated capabilities strongly desired
  • Exposure to cloud-based products and services, demonstrating an understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and deployment models strongly desired

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design / Showroom Development Collaborate with enterprise product teams to develop solutions / “showrooms” that demonstrate how EFX’s differentiated products can be used to help lenders improve their performance and outcomes.
  • Own the development and management of a comprehensive showroom library to support sales efforts to propose OnlyEFX solutions to prospective customers.
  • Coordinate with sales, process, analytics, distribution, strategy, and pricing teams to ensure solution designs 1) reflect customer workflows, 2) are supported by analytical proof to improve outcomes, 3) are accessible to customers, 4) are priced to value, and 5) are superior to competitive alternatives.
  • Establish cross-functional projects to obtain solution design supporting information where gaps exist.
  • Provide feedback to appropriate teams where opportunities exist to enrich our solution design GTM presence.
  • Client Proposal Support Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer appropriate solution designs to support (1) client opportunity prospecting, (2) client needs assessment, and (3) client proposal.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create presentation friendly views of solution designs to be used in client proposals.
