Requirements
- Supervisor or Managerial experience of at least 5 employees
- A preferred two-year college degree in an engineering technology design (Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Technology, Associates in Applied Science, A.A.S.).
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the use of AutoCAD/Solid Works and a working knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in flat pattern layout.
- Computer software skills in MS Office.
- “Hand Mechanical Drawing Skills” for obtaining field take-off information.
- Construction site experience is a plus.
- Be physically fit for site work.
- Be willing to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operation of the Design Center department.
- Assist with project assignments and project planning.
- Manage department deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
- Monitor project performance and progress.
- Guide the planning, design, and development of blankets to meet both internal quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide clear direction, motivation and mentorship to team members.
