About The Position

Are you an experienced shop guy who’s tired of short-term jobs and slow seasons?
We’re a growing, established countertop fabrication shop looking for an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Fabricator to join our team long-term. If you’ve worked in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, stone, or solid surface fabrication, we want to talk to you.
This is steady, full-time work in a clean, organized shop environment.

Requirements

• Previous shop experience (cabinet shop, millwork, stone, countertops, woodworking, etc.)
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs
• Good work ethic and reliability (show up every day, on time)
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Not entry-level but we WILL train someone who already has shop experience.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating solid surface countertops (Corian & similar materials)
• Seam work
• Reading shop drawings and working from measurements/templates
• Operating table saws, routers, sanders, and shop equipment
• Working with a team to complete projects on schedule
